Document Imaging

Document imaging is the conversion of paper documents into electronic images that can be stored on any media (CD, DVD, hard disk, optical disk, etc). Once on some media, these documents can be retrieved effortlessly in seconds.

Image (scanning, viewing, maintenance), indexing, batch management and workflow processing are all applications that encompass our Document Imaging services. Our imaging experience is extensive, we can help you set up your office imaging requirements and train your employees on how to use them.

Image Viewer (uses a Access database to store indexes)
Image Merge (Merges two small Tiff images into one that will fit on a 8.5x 11in paper when printed)
Image Counter (Counts all images in a directory and sub-directories, then creates an Excel spreadsheet with statistical totals).
Input a bates number on each image in a directory and sub-directories (user controlled).
Web-based Image viewer and lookup
Export routines for Paperclip and FileNet.
